Magnum Core Sprockets
Perma Groomer produces “Magnum Core” heavy duty aluminum core sprockets for Pisten Bully 260 and Bombardier 400 groomers. A Magnum Core sprocket for the Pisten Bully 300, 320, 330 is currently being developed and will be available by September 1999. These extra strength sprockets have a larger, wider foundation designed to keep pace with the increased horsepower and weight of modern grooming vehicles. The cores are made of 355 heat treated aluminum and are CNC machined for precision fit. They feature the new wrap-a-round style abrasion resistant urethane coverings. Magnum Core sprockets set the new industry standard for strength, performance and endurance. They are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Recovered Sprockets

This industry leading experience means that you can count on sprockets recovered with premium quality and urethane that is specifically engineered to perform the rugged operations required in and around ski areas. We offer rapid turnaround to recover customers’ cores and stock a large quantity of recovered factory sprockets for immediate shipment to satisfy customer needs.

Solid urethane Sprockets
In addition to core recovering, Perma Groomer also offers solid urethane sprockets. Each is made from high quality, specially selected urethanes and is precisely engineered to fit Bombie, Muskeg, and Bombardier J5 sidewalk plows. Tucker long and short tooth sprockets are recovered over existing steel cores.
