TIRE DESCRIPTIONS
The new Brawler Solidflex HD tires are engineered to perform in the most extreme applications where improved ride quality is required. These include scrap metal recycling centers, waste transfer stations and open pit mining operations.
The Solidflex HD features elliptical apertures that deliver unprecedented ride comfort which results in reduced equipment wear and operator fatigue.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Durable, cut resistant rubber compound translates into no downtime from flats or sidewall cuts resulting in a lower cost per hour.
- TFT Rubber compound – premium mining compound for high abrasion and cut resistance.
- Elliptical apertures provide a softer ride which reduces operator fatigue and equipment wear – ultimately delivering improved productivity.
- Three times more wearable rubber than regular pneumatic tires.
- Steel wheels engineered with the strength and flexibility to handle overloads, excessive torque, severe sheer and bending stress.
- Two piece patented wheel and disk system* that allows interchangeability on equipment simply by changing the disk – no specialized equipment is required.
